I am an aromatherapist and perfumer who has studied aromatics extensively in Europe and the U.S., while passionately researching the rituals of ancient cultures and the history of perfume since 1990. In 1996, I received certification in aromatherapy and teacher training from the Michael Scholes School of Aromatic Studies. In 1997 and 1998, I received advanced training in the chemistry of essential oils at Purdue University’s International Training Program in Essential Oils, and completed the advanced aromatherapy course through the Pacific Institute of Aromatherapy.
