How being present transformed my body and my mind

After years of trial and error, I found the key to reaching my fitness goals.

It had nothing to do with doing a specific workout or eating a certain diet. It had everything to do with remaining mindful throughout the process and listening to my body.

Like many women, I was passive about fitness. Then I decided to move with purpose and intention – and fitness transformed from something to check off my list to an incredible act of self care.

I LIVE EACH DAY EMBRACING GOD’S LOVE FOR ME OF WHICH I AM NOT WORTHY. I KEEP MY MIND ON HIM AND HE KEEPS ME AT PEACE BECAUSE I TRUST IN HIM. I NEVER LOOK BACK ONLY FORWARD AND IN DOING SO I CALL THOSE WHICH ARE NOT AS THOUGH THEY WERE. I KNOW TOMORROW WILL BE A BETTER DAY.
