Mustache Wax with Atlas Cedarwood

There is nothing quiet like a man with a solid stache - so keep it looking rugged and rad with this DIY mustache recipe. You can use it to style your stache, or simply to give it a little extra moisture that it craves. Keep them handlebars in tip top shape!

Ingredients

1 cup of beeswax pellets (or grated beeswax)
1 cup of coconut oil
10-15 drops of Aura Cacia Atlas Cedarwood Essential Oil
A jar or tin

Directions

Using the double boiler method, melt together the coconut oil and beeswax, whisking frequently.

Once melted completely, remove from the heat and mix in the essential oils that you chose.

Pour carefully into tins and stick on your label!

How to use mustache wax:

Simply use your finger to remove some of the wax and massage into your facial hair. Depending on your purpose, use more or less. For example, if you are using it to style, you may want to use more than if you are applying it to tame frizzy hair.

Both coconut oil and beeswax are softer in a warm atmosphere and harder when it’s cold. If you find that your wax is hard, scrape some out and massage it between your fingers to let your body heat warm it up so you can work with it.
