Katzva, in reply to your query, Clary Sage is wonderfully calming and cleansing. I love to use it for helping get me in the mood for a meditative practice. I would add 3-4 drops as a substitute.

The aroma of Clary Sage goes well with any of the citruses, and also makes nice addition to this frankincense and grapefruit blend.

Debbie: I mist in the air near my pets (not on them), the aroma is gentle and it generally dissipates naturally after 30 minutes.
I love yoga + aromatherapy with pets. Dogs make yoga so playful. My cat always rubs on my legs when I am in dog pose!

Hmmm, I’d rather save my expensive Frankincense for other things. Any other yoga mat suggestions? Please nothing with tea tree - I only use it medicinally and that is not the vibe I want during yoga ;)

This will make a great room freshener as well.  Thank you
