Your going to have good and bad days even when you start to move forward and its totally ok! It gives you time to take a minute practice selfcare, reground, and rebalance! Even the moon has cycles! Everything looks different when we ground and center and from there you can decide the next move. Even though when your healing its natural to want to just get to the ok place know that there really isnt a time limit. Dont pressure yourself give space to allow yourself to be because in that space is where the healing begins! I love you!
