Th New Year is the perfect time to release things from your life that may not be serving you in a positive way. It is a chance to clear the board and make room for a fresh start in the year ahead. A letting go ritual can be a good way to reflect and release. I like to diffuse sage while doing meditation to center myself and help clear distractive energy. A few things I’m working on letting go of:
Fears that hold me back.
Relationships in my life that I’ve outgrown.
Dependence on Social Media
Items I own (clutter)
I like to end my letting go ritual with some sort of physical action. It might be tearing up or burning the paper I wrote on, Breathwork like Kundalini Yoga Breathe of Fire, or even a walk in nature. What are you letting go of?
