I make a large cup of Chi Latte, put on some relaxing sound’s like a piano playing with creek sounds in the background n read a Country Cottage magazine. N if the weather permits I will go for a walk in the park, that helps anytime.

I decompress by painting rocks! I find pictures on the computer and sit quietly, undisturbed for hours! I also enjoy meditation and yoga in my home.

Getting lost in a good book has always helped me find calm in the middle of a storm…literal or otherwise (no pun intended!)

O like to doyoga after a long stressful day. Sometimes, I’ll opt for a quick dance cardio session. It’s a little more energetic, but it helps me feel better!

I decompress by either reading with a cup of coffee or tea or watercolor painting. Both activites all me to be fully in the moment and relax completely.

Grab a cold drink and go sit out in the backyard just enjoying the lush green, birds twittering, clouds floating by
