Try to set the tone for a calm and happy weekend. Get outside and try this simple exercise. All it takes is a few moments (you and your weekend deserve it), so get out there and give it a try.
- Stand with your feet firmly planted on the ground
- Close your eyes and slightly tilt your head up toward the sky
- Slowly breathe in and imagine breathing in the light from overhead, filling you with happiness and sunshine
- As you breathe out, allow the sensation of happiness spread throughout your body
- Breathe like this for five cycles or more and note how you feel moving into your weekend.
