I loved reading all of your posts. For me, kindness is beauty. Kindness is free and it is contagious, like a pay it forward. Kindness helps people to heal and helps to overcome the daily challenges that we face. Sometimes kindness from a stranger may be the only beauty someone experiences. My 15 year old mini me with Auburn hair and freckles was bullied all theough 8th grade which unfortunately stripped her of her confidence and love of herself. She also lives with Type 1 diabetes and celiac and now from social anxiety and depression that was teiggered by the bullying yet I was witness to her running up to a door to open it for an elderly man and they each exchanged a smile which was so beautiful. Even though people were not kind to her she is still able to share kindness with others♥️

Thank you so much, Lizzie!  I couldn’t agree more.  Oh wow - I SO love red hair and freckles.  You have no idea!  Please share with your daughter that she is beautiful inside and out from a true freckle fan.  Bully’s don’t recognize their own worth and beauty, so they try to take from others what they can’t attain inside.  Rising above being bullied and continuing to show love and kindness to strangers is indeed one of the purest forms of beauty out there.  Love and light to both of you as you continue to share your authentic selves with the world.

I agree with all. Natural is exactly that, how we naturally feel. One might feel natural with make-up, another without. It matters not. What matters is what we believe, how we feel about what we believe. It’s our rock. We are enough, we are beautiful and we are confident. No one has the right to belittle us or put us down for what we are, what we believe in, our actions or words.

I believe we all are beautiful though created differently, different skin, hair, body types. The art is to accept ourselves and be confident. Believe in yourself. And there is always room for improvement. Reach out for the ways to make up for any lacking. A kind heart and pure soul are the keys to a beautiful YOU…

To me, natural beauty is who you are, your authentic self, at this very moment. Beauty has layers: the physical surface level and the deeper, more authentic level touching the soul’s light and power. Natural beauty is removing the filters, releasing negative emotions, and detoxifying energy that no longer serves our personal purpose so we can shine from the inside out. Simply being yourself and giving yourself permission to be your authentic self is true natural beauty. Embrace your birthmarks and dimples! Embrace the way you snort when you laugh! Embrace your dreams and what activities call to your heart, no matter how “trivial” you may believe others think it is! You are beautiful as you are, right now.

Jackie, if I could hug you right now, I would.  Every person (and particularly women) should read this.  You are exactly right.  The light of individuality, acceptance of self and authenticity is the driving force behind true beauty.  If we could all just see ourselves in this way the entire world would change.  Thank you for sharing this profound and lovely sentiment.  You are indeed a beautiful soul!

Here’s my thoughts I think that beauty is in the eye of the beholder however there is something pretty special about all natural look I’ve never worn makeup and I look beautiful everyday I’m not against makeup I think it’s beautiful as well but for me personally something about a clean smooth face but I think all women are beautiful makeup or no makeup

Yes!!!  Wonderful!  All women ARE beautiful in or out of makeup.
