How do you prioritize in your life?

What are your top priorities? I want to continue to be kind to myself and others. It is simple to say, but sometimes not so simple in the doing! I think being kind to others and paying it forward comes naturally if you allow it to happen. I heard once from a wise soul, that any small act of kindness can have global repercussions. I truly believe that. I am talking simple things like opening a door for someone, smiling broadly at a stranger, telling someone they look great that day. Takes a few minutes out of your day and makes both of your days unimaginably more exceptional! And…being kind to others begins the journey of being kind to yourself.

Today is done so, I thank God for getting me through it. This week is almost over. So, lol, next week I am going to show my daughter the power of empowerment in meditation and believing God. She has so.e pretty rough testing going on and we need both especially God to heal her. And he will! I am going to also be teaching her what I’ve learned in meditation the how and outcome. For my year, I just want to be the best me I can be mentally, spiritual and physically. I feel really good about it cause meditation has shown me, me and so has God.

April I applaud the positive outlook, I think it helps in more ways than we can ever know. It creates reverberations in our community and in so many other people’s lives as well. Sometimes in this world we are told to help others exclusively and be selfless, which is a magnanimous gesture. I truly believe that helping others is a very noble and worthy cause. However, if we do not take care of ourselves first, it can be hard to then care for others. We need to be healthy mentally, physically and spiritually in order to be effective and to truly help others. Remember what they say on the plane…put your own airbag on first before you help put it on others!

Thanks so much for sharing Jennifer…that is a great response! All of those things are so important, it is amazing to put together a list like that. I feel it helps ground and center us, and brings us back to what is really meaningful in our lives. To get to that grounded place I rely on some of our Aura Cacia essential oils to help me relax and center. My favorites for that are Vetiver, Sandalwood Precious Essentials, Frankincense, Spruce, Lavender, Balsam Fir and Atlas Cedarwood. Of course there are so many more, it is fun to explore and see what are your personal top picks. As always…enjoy the journey!
