How do you create focus with essential oils?

It’s important to take a step back every now and then from things to re-focus. Essential oils really help me get focused on different things throughout my day. When I need to focus in the morning or before my yoga class, I use a spray to make me more alert and energized. When I need to study or concentrate on a work task, I will use bergamot and vetiver in my diffuser. When I’m mediating, I’ll use my rose and frankincense body oil on my wrists and temples. What essential oils help you focus?

Lemongrass really puts me in the spirit to get things done! I usually put a little on my stearing wheel when driving to work to get in the frame of work mind!
