I went to the hospital one day because I was experiencing what they said was anxiety. I hadn’t had this before. They gave me a small vial with a cotton ball in it saturated with Lavender oil and told me to smell it if I was feeling anxious. I recognized the scent from my own garden. I was unaware of its benefits yet. It definately helped. I thought that was pretty progressive for a hospital that generally uses only traditional medicine to be uses the Lavender oil. I was glad they were ! I’ve used it ever since that day. And have learned a lot more about plants !
