Lavender Bath and Body Oil

A basic bath and body oil recipe featuring lavender essential oil.


4 ounces Aura Cacia Sweet Almond Skin Care Oil 4 fl. oz.
48 drops Aura Cacia Lavender Essential Oil 0.5 fl. oz.
4-ounce Aura Cacia 4 fl. oz. Amber Bottle with Writable Label 4 fl. oz.


1. Into bottle, measure sweet almond oil.

2. Add lavender essential oil. Replace cap and shake vigorously.

3. To use as a bath oil, add about 1 tablespoon mixture into warm bath water.

4. To use as a body oil, after bathing or showering, pour a small amount of the mixture into the palm of one hand and smooth over damp skin, then pat dry with towel.

Substitute chamomile, clary sage, geranium, neroli, rose otto or ylang ylang essential oil for the lavender.
