Our bodies are really these amazing things that we sometimes take for granted. It’s easy to only focus on things that we might not like or appreciate about our bodies, when there are so many wonderful things it does for us every day! There have been moments in life where my mind has said "I don’t think I can keep going," but then my body proved me wrong! I never thought I’d be able to do a headstand, but I kept trying every day until, one day, I could. It’s an amazing feeling to be surprised by what your body can accomplish.
