Set the tone for a wonderful weekend

Try to set the tone for a calm and happy weekend.  Get outside and try this simple exercise.  All it takes is a few moments (you and your weekend deserve it), so get out there and give it a try.

I am Definatly going to do this. Most days I start by greeting the day outside with gratitudes.  Now I will add this practice. Namaste ✌
